Ball Mill End Cover Process:
Forging/Casting – Normalizing & Tempering – Proof Machining- Quenching&Tempering – Finish Machining.
Ball mill is mainly composed of cylinder, feeding Ball Mill End Cover and discharging end cover, main bearing, feeding bushing, discharging bushing, power equipment.we have to consider Ball Mill End Cover manufacture ability while compiling process routes,because the structure of long production cycle, high precision of processing and assembling.Our products include large size gears, shafts, sprockets,bearings, wheels, rollers, couplings, pulleys ,frames, molds, nonstandard machinery spare parts, mining spare parts etc.
1. The casting surface should be smooth,flat , the casting rounded corners not indicated are R30 - R50mm, not injection hole and edge chamfer not marked should be 2*45º
2 Artificial aging treatment after rough machining
3. For all processing surface after rough machining, ultrasonic testing inspections before the artificial aging,which should reach GB7233-87 Ⅱ standard
4. All liner plate bolt hole must be from the inside of the cone and drilled
5. After finishing, magnetic powder flaw detection according to Q/HM6589-2015 and Q/HM6599-2015.
6.Ball Mill End Cover Total weight:16800kg.
